  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
  • All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
  • We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday.
  • We cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders on Monday, so your order may get dispatched on Tuesday. (When Monday is a Bank Holiday, this applies to Tuesday orders)
  • Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
  • Your shipping options will be presented during checkout.
  • Our trusted delivery partners include Royal Mail, DPD, Evri & DHL.
  • For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to re ship the order.

Returns

  • UK orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • All international orders are non refundable, if returned or directed back to us we can offer a re ship service postage that would not be cover by us.
  • We do not cover return costs & We do not refund postage of order costs.
  • Returned products should be sealed in their original packaging and unopened. When returning any items we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
